Judge Anthony continues to serve his clients as a certified arborist. He is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, MD Licensed Tree Expert, MD Licensed Pesticide Applicator, and an ISA Qualified Tree Risk Assessor. Judge Anthony is a graduate of the Consulting Academy of the American Society of Consulting Arborists, and he has served on the board of MAC-ISA, the Kent County Forestry Board, and the Board of Directors of High Impact Environmental.
